Through over a decade of working in the media industry, I have proudly worked for some of the world’s biggest media agencies, on some of the UK’s biggest brands. From Dentsu and Havas, to the BBC and Poundland – it’s been a busy 12 years!

In these roles I cut my teeth managing large teams, juggling multiple client demands, growing revenue, developing development programmes and delivering board level objectives.

Alongside these roles, I also built a successful coaching business, which I now use to help businesses craft incentives and workshops that support, retain, prepare and guide talent through major life moments.

The Thrive workshops include a blend of polyvagal theory, values focused exercises, practical resilience strategies and somatic mindful practices. The output is very much focused on actionable strategies your team can continue to use.

Workshops for parents within 12 months of returning from leave

Returner workshops include a blend of polyvagal theory, values focused exercises, and somatic mindful exercises. They ease parents returning to work (within 12 months of parental leave) away from overwhelm, burn-out and encourage strategies to help with confidence, resilience and focus on their return to paid work.
